Youth Pastor: Rev. Randy and Patsy Halcomb Rev. Randy Halcomb has been Goshen Church of God's Youth Pastor since 2001. Pastor Randy was born and reared for most of his life at the Goshen Church of God. He and Patsy realize the need for outreach to our youth in the community.
